Do you need Lunch Boxes & Backpacks?

Are you happy with your kids’ lunch box situation? Are your kids always losing their containers, or struggling with lids? Are you tired of using plastic wrap and disposable goods? Are you looking for long-lasting, good quality, reusable solutions?

Inspired by a recent conversation on our School Council Facebook Page (, I decided to invest in a purchase of Yumbox lunch boxes for my kids. They are spill proof and easy to open/close. I bought from Cute Kid Stuff” which is an online shop based out of Toronto. I was very impressed with her selection of lunch box accessories as well.

I have arranged for Castor Valley’s School Council to receive 10% commission on a group buy from the online shop. What does that mean for you? If you order between NOW and May 31st, the school will receive 10% commission from all sales.

What if you don’t need a lunch box? There are also Beverage containers, Bento Accessories (super cute!), lunch bags, and snack bag pouches to name a few. I am really pleased with the Squooshi Food Pouches.

To order:

You will need to go to the website ( to place your order. You MUST enter “CVfundraising” (case doesn’t matter) in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” section (see below) in order for Castor Valley to receive the commission. This will show free shipping as the owner will hold all the orders and send them in one big order to the school after June 1st.

I will send out an email with pick up instructions once I know the exact delivery date. Parents will have to pick up their order at the school.

Please join the shop’s facebook group where people share all their lunch ideas (some seriously yummy lunches on there) for all those times you’re stuck with what to feed your kids!
